To apply tier 4 extension from UK, Can I show the maintenance fund £11,385 in my father’s bank account in India?

yes, you can, and attach a copy of your birth certificate. Also, the money should have been in your father's account for 28 days (including weekends)

All universities have a dedicated international student adviser, sometimes a team of them, whose role is to guide and advise students with their Tier 4 visa and extension applications. They are professional immigration advisers. It is perverse and even potentially dangerous for you to be not use this free and dedicated service offered by your Tier 4 sponsor.
