Tier 4 PBS dependant eligible to apply ILR?

Hi All,

My wife is perusing a Ph.D. in the UK with a Tier 4 visa (Self sponsor) and I'm on a Tier 4 PBS dependent visa. Am I eligible to apply ILR after 5 years completion?

Can someone clarify it, please?

A PBS Dependent cannot apply for ILR after 5 years independently from the main PBS visa holder, provided the main PBS visa holder has a qualifying visa, which Tier 4 isn't.
