Tier 4 student visa

I had applied in August 2020 and submitted my documents through IDV app. I would like to know has anyone made an application within the UK got their visa for tier 4.
It is above standard working time.

Applied on Sep 22. No invite for IDV, no emails. No reply to escalation. Complete silence. I am literally pulling my hair out now.

I have also got the same issue. I applied for extension of tier 4 student visa on 24th of September 2020 but haven't received any communication from Ukvi. No emails, no invitation of submitting documents and biometric by IDV app. I am still waiting!!
