Hi,

Can I withdraw money from my account after applying the tier 4 visa ?

I have already applied for the visa last week and Bio metric will be submitted tomorrow

Please advise me

Should be fine, however, if it gets rejected for any unfortunate reason and you need to resubmit a fresh application then you may have problems with your last used bank statement (if the statement becomes more 30 days old).

Worst case scenario but better to avoid if at all possible.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.
