Do not worry they have problems with their system

omg have you received your passport back? I'm in the same situation as you are! Applied from Indonesia and had my application decided on the 1st of september. They told me it may take up to 10 working days to deliver the passport back to the VAC. I have applied with priority service from Japan on 17 September. Unfortunately, the Visa is being processed in the Philippines (wtf Japan? You are supposed to have everything) and there are like 3 public holidays during that period (just kill me).
Anyone has a similar experience or any idea why it would take another 10 days for they to process that Visa? The staff refuses to comment on anything other than the fact that they have made a decision on my application (sad) and that my information has been added on their database on 1 September.

Emailed them instead, they took a day to reply just to send me a data confidentiality form saying they cant contact UKVI on my behalf without this. So I filled it and sent it back to them but again, no reply. They were telling me I could always do late registration.
Is anyone here from Uni of Sheffield? Which phone number are you using and which email? Because they don't seem to be cooperative at all with me..

As it has to come nepal ...Even I didn't got any email from ukvi. Hope decision is positive .I gave second interview on this Friday . Finger crossed
