I won at ftt the home office ask the ftt for permission to appeal to UT it has been 3 months still in pending.
My determination letter took 10 weeks to come and now it's this issue 12 weeks now nothing still pending hopefully this week or next week.
Dear geeta.
Can you call ftt and find out if home office lodged an appeal to the ut yet. You have to follow this in some cases they didnt appeal or if they do out of time appeal tell your lawyer to take action so first find out the status. I believe if the home office appeal u will receive a letter from the ut informing u about it which they haven't.
Good luck dear
Hi ENZO,WilliamEnzo wrote: ↑Thu Oct 24, 2019 11:08 pmDear Geeta thanks for the reply.
Dont worry it's because your case was not under article 8 human right I guess that's why they just took it further.
But dont worry you will win.
