University are allowed to give 2 weeks extension. Why they reported you now.
There is no 2-week extension. You may be thinking of the 10 working days (=2 weeks) within which a Tier 4 sponsor must report someone's failure to enrol by the specified date.
A Tier 4 sponsor can specify any last enrolment date they wish to, and they can update and extend it if they wish, but whatever date they decide must be indicated on or added to the CAS. See

When decision is made on visa application then why british high commission is xxxx with passport instead of stamping visa in 2 or 3 days??
Is it necessary to attach accommodation proof with visa application?? If yes then can a hotel booking proof can be attached with visa application??

Why are you asking this now, when you have already applied and the visa has been granted?!

Q1 it took 5 days.
Q2 No it is not neccessary as sah mentioned.
Q3 I have been living in uk since 6 years now. It is the right decision if you want to study. You will get 10s of freshies who will say no future in uk nothing go here there no job blah blah . Never listen to thems. Focus on your studies. Education system of UK is no doubt one of the best in the world. You will have hard time at the beginning but soon you will be fine.
Q4 You coming to study or do to job ?
