working hours tier 4 student

Hi, I am PhD student, I got a tier 4 visa which means I can't more than 20 hours a Week. I did not brake this rules, however just now discovered that I can't work more than 6 hours if I am doing academic work or teaching. I worked for 3 weeks for one agency as a supply teacher. Now I didn't know if I break the rules or not, because supply teacher just attend the class and doesn't plan anything for the lesson. Can you advice me what I have to do? inform my university or wait until result?

Don't inform anyone. Just stop there. You breached for 3 weeks but if you don't do it again, the average will drop.

A Tier 4 visa has no such 6-hour work condition. That must be an academic regulation at your university, nothing to do with immigration.
