Clearance officer email

Hi

Can anyone help me. I had an email from UKVI that they are waiting for clearance officer to make decision last Friday. Can anyone tell me how long does it take?

Did you get your passport back yet? I'm on the same boat. Submitted my biometrics 27th August got the email from Sheffield 4th September and haven't heard anything since then. It's advised to wait 15 working days. The last time I applied for Tier 5 (i'm re-applying) it took 4 working days after receiving the Sheffield email saying application is being prepared for consideration by ECO.
