Hi
I have got a tier 5 CoS for 1 year with dates mentioned 29/7/2019-28/7/2020. However I received it 4 days back only and I will make my visa application tomorrow.
My actual start dates are flexible and the offer letter states it to be july /august.
How should I tackle this situation?
Will it be a problem and can be reason for rejection?

Your start date can be later. It's not a reason for refusal. Your sponsor could do a "sponsor note" on the CoS to say your likely start date has been pushed back to, say, August 15th or something like that. This note should show up to the officer who considers the visa application.

Do I need to provide my degree certificates in addition to CoS.
Any other documents required while making an application.

I strongly advise that you get advice about it from your employer who is sponsoring the visa.
