Interview date before T5 visa start date

Hi All,

I've received my T5 visa with start date March 1st 2019. I need to be in the UK for an interview (I can't move the interview date) on the 28th of Feb. Ideally, I'd arrive a few days beforehand (24th or 25th) - flying in from Australia.

I was wondering if it would be possible to alter the date? Or enter on a tourist visa, exit the country the next week and re-enter on the T5? Or some other way?
