Late Arriving in UK

Hello everyone
I wanted to ask that is it ok to arrive to UK 3 days before my visa vignette expires. My 30 days visa expiring at 7th of November, ı will be arrive in uk at 3rd of November. And ı am in goverment autorized exhange in Tier 5. My visa late because of the Cos waiting. and my employers knows the delay. you think they will make a problem on the arrival. thanks soo much

No issue to arrive before your 30 day visa expires.
