Query Tier 5 + dependant

I will be applying for VISA shortly with my partner from Canada.

We want this to be as quick as it can. Ideally we would leave together, but open to travelling separately.
Debating whether we should apply for:
TR5 + partner VS
TR5 priority + partner Vs
TR5 prioirty + youth mobility

I am aware that partner VISA cannot be processed for priority at the moment. Can anyone confirm this?

What would you recommend? Can we still apply together if I go for a priority VISA?
What timeline can we expect from your experience?
