Re-entering UK after expiry of T5 Charity Visa

I'm a Canadian national, and doing a 4 month volunteer stint in London this fall. My plans aftewards are to travel around France, Belgium and Germany for 4 weeks, before flying home. My return flight is from London, but it is about 10 days after my visa expires. Should I run into issues upon arrival in the UK? I don't need a tourist visa for normal travel into the UK.
