Reentering UK without BPR card

Hiya

So I’ve lost my passport and BPR card. I’ve applied to replace both but I’m travelling to Croatia in a month and won’t have my replacement Visa card in time. I also don’t think my new passport will have the visa stamp in it. I do however, have my original letter and my BPR number and I also have my national insurance number (notnsure if that helps).

Just wondering if I’ll be able to get back into the UK without my actual card? Or if I have to apply for a one way re entry or something?
