Tier 5 and Supplementary Employment Query

Hi guys,

I have a friend who received his Tier 5 Visa and moved to Scotland in November of 2017. For the past 3 months he has had part-time employment (<20 hours per week), as a waiter.
He only recently read the complete guidance criteria for supplementary employment and has realised his supplementary job is not within the sector or on the shortlist; he has handed in his notice with his second job.
What options does he have available to him? He is very concerned if he is to apply for another work permit visa in the future he will not get it, and is ultimately concerned that he may be sent home earlier than his Sponsorship entitles him to stay in the UK

It would be useful if you stated what category if tier 5 he holds as there is more than one sub category and they have different rules.

Also, the supplementary job is not within the same profession as his CoS

He has breached his visa conditions then.

What is his job title/role according to his Cos?
