Tier 5 Dependent - Allowed to work?

Hi Team,

I am going to be travelling to UK soon on Tier 5 Dependent Visa. My husband will be the primary visa holder and will be working in the Medical Training Initiative (MTI).

Please advise if i can acquire a full time job in UK on my Dependent visa.

Will my employer have to sponsor a work permit visa for me?
