Tier 5 Youth Mobility Migrant NZ app - Supporting Documents

Hi all,

This may seem like a real retarded post, but the guidance for supporting documents just doesn't seem clear to me.

I'm applying for the UK Tier 5 Youth Mobility Migrant visa... I've completed my online app & biometrics.

My supporting documents consist of the following:

1) Online app (printed & signed & stamped by biometrics place)
2) Passport (and previous passport)
3) Bank statement, signed & stamped by the bank.
4) PBS Appendix 7 (points calculator)

I'm pretty sure that's all I need - Do I need to include anything else?
Any help is massively appreciated.
