Travel history question on visa application??

Post by sunflower2330 » Tue Sep 07, 2021 4:54 am

Hi, I'm from Canada in the process of applying for my Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa. One of the questions has stumped me. It asks:

"How many times have you visited the following places in the past 10 years?

Australia

Canada

New Zealand

USA

Switzerland

European Economic Area (do not include travel to the UK)

Zero

Once

2 to 5 times

6 or more times"

I've done a few long trips in the european economic area, however I'm unsure whether or not to answer based on the amount of countries I've been to or based on how many times I have entered the EEA. For example, I have been to 11 countries in the EEA on 5 separate trips. Do I say I check off 2-5 times because I have technically entered the EEA 5 seperate times or would I check off the 6 or more times because I have been to 11 countries within the EEA?

Thanks
