UKBA EMAIL PLEASEEEE!!!

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to contact UKBA through following email id(s) but, haven't received any response from them.

ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk and UKBApublicenquiries@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk

it's been over 4 weeks but, they haven't replied...any suggestions would be helpful...

would appreciate any help!!

Are you calling them from here inside UK ? or from out side .... well! mate , from inside , they always pick the number ... so try to get on them while using the phone instead of emails ... thanks

Thanks for reply. Am in the UK, what's the number, I always have difficulty getting through to them. Also, the thing is I need a written response from them so I need a hard copy:(((

Did you receive any automated reply from them. If yes then reply to that mail with "FAQ" in subject line and ask your query there.
