UKBA response on why no in-person ILR Long Residence Applica

Hi Everyone,
I thought this link would be helpful for people on this forum who've been wondering why UKBA stopped the Premium One Day Service for ILR based on Long Residence 10 yrs rule and whether UKBA will ever re-instate it?

Its a comprehensive reply directly from UKBA as a result of a FOI request made by a guy asking them about it. I might add the UKBA have no plans to re-instate the service.
