UKBA Withdraw decision

Hello Friends

I have had applied my Tier 1 entrepreneur visa on 12 jan 2013 then i got refusal on 25 May. Reason they gave me bank letter was not original according to them. I went to court on 25 oct 2013 UKBA withdraw their decision and they made inquiry before my hearing date from my bank they said everything is fine we will give you decision again. Can anyone tell me how long they gonna take to give me decision on my application? Reason why i am asking you i have a matter of urgency i need to go back to india for couple of months.

please let me know if anyone has suggestions or me

i really don't understand why do they waste taxpayer money and their own time just to refuse an application for silly reason . What if they called the Bank before refusing the application.

can you please tell me that the bank letter you provided was from here mean UK Bank or you provided from India and it was your personal account or third party statement thanks

It was third party UK's llyods TSB bank.
