UKVCAS Requested Mandatory Documents

We have requested & paid for BC with UKVI for my ILR-holding wife. The UKVI-provided Document Checklist 'Guide' details a number of (uncategorised) possible evidence documents to upload to the UKVCAS site. Having made an account with UKVCAS, we see that it appears the only document she needs to upload in the Mandatory category is her passport. Do the other documents listed on her Checklist need to be uploaded into the 'Optional' catagory, in the most appropriate line, or do they all need uploading into the Mandatoy catagory in the possport box? The fact that UKVCAS refer to the Checklist as the 'ACCESS UK Checklist' (not ours) makes me wonder if we are using the wrong checklist.

The upload category is not really important, best to use "Other" for all documents - caseworkers know what they are looking for/at.
Apart from passport(s) covering residency period, provide BRP, proof of English and LITUK passes and referee declarations.

We decided to upload all the documents UKVI want to see into the 'Optional'(!!!) UKVCAS category onto the 'Other' line. I understand UKVI want to see all of the evidence documents on the UKVI checklist, irrespective of UKVCAS's category placement.
