Is this standard? Must we really fork out 75GBP to re-scan documents that we've already submitted? I even have the VFS receipt with the scanned documents listed on it!
BTW we called the UKVI support centre and they said that this sometimes happens as a glitch and they're confirming with the Entry Clearance Officer if s/he cannot see the documents. I'll have to wait for a reply but has this happened to anyone else?
