Unable to generate share code - BRP cancelled(ILR)

Hi Folks,

Seeking some expert opinion on the following issue.

My wife has ILR and her BRP is valid until 31/12/2024. She recently tried to use prove right to work service to generate a share code. The service couldn't create a code because her BRP was marked as cancelled/lost/stolen. We travelled to Europe and India in the last 6 months and never had any problem at UK immigration. We returned from a Europe trip last week so we are sure the BRP is valid. We spoke with UKVI support team and they were reluctant to help first. After speaking to the general visa enquiries they advised us that since we travelled through UK immigration recently the BRP should be valid and this could be a technical issue. We asked UKVI to raise a technical support ticket but unsure how long it is going to take. Is there anything else we can do in the meantime to prove her right to work? Also she applied for e-visa using her passport details(4 days ago) and still waiting for updates. Any advise on how to resolve this sooner?
