Appealalready thanks for the huge information you are providing about the EHCR and now advice on how to sue (i don't know what for) through the county court money claims centre.

There was a lady sufferring from kidney failure from earth who was sent back to Ghana few years she passed away soon after arriving.

How do i take the case to EHCR?I'd like to sue the government for violating her rights as well as thousands of others and claim 900 million pounds how do i file the claim for damages?

I created a post on how to file an ECHR claim with appropriate links. I encourage you to file. I doubt you will collect 900 million pounds, but by speaking up, you may prevent others from sharing a similar fate.
