Unemployed ATM, but being landlord 2M, should I declare it?

Post by chxly » Wed Oct 23, 2013 12:02 am

I am seeking some advice from the experts. Many thanks.

I will be due to apply BC this Dec and I was on continunous working until this June then I decided to have a career break. I have all 5 year P60 and tax in order. And I meet other recidence requirements.

I recently rent out my flat and live with my relative since September. Therefore I will be getting rent for 4 months on the time I apply BC.

I am not sure if I should declare it or not in the form. What impact is it to my application? What I should fill in the item of 3.1 in the AN form?

I understand I should fill in self assessment form for the tax purpuse but not due until April 2014.

This is not a tax form. If you are unemployed, put unemployed.
