Unmarried partner visa / he is still legally married

HI There,

My partner and I are together for a year and a half, from those been living together for an year and 3 months. I am 8 and a half months pregnant and live here under a student visa that will expire in August. As we have an stable relationship with a child on the way we do classify as an stable relationship, however there is one problem, he is still legally married in another country in the middle of the divorce process. How can I do, or what sort of visa can I apply if I don't want to overstay my current student visa?
Pls give me some advices because they ask in the form if my partner has already been married.

They ask whether your partner is married in which form?? You haven't been living together long enough to apply as Unmarried Partners. You need to have completed 2 years for this.

Unmarried/same-sex partners requires at least two years' cohabitation.

Tks for your answers, however a solicitor said the fact we are having a baby together helps to apply for it before the 2 years. On the for
you apply for unmarried partner visa there is a question if the partner has ever been married! If I do no qualify for this one would that be any other one I would qualify?

Yes. Perhaps he may be granted discretionary leave due to compelling and compassionate circumstances (as indicated in my second link above).
