Unpaid honorary contract

Hi
I am working as a doctor in a NHS hospital on Tier 2 general visa, now I have got another honorary post to work on my off days/free time in a different hospital. This is an unpaid post. The HR in this hospital are not sure whether I need another Tier 2 visa to work on this post! I have tried to call home office but their offices are always busy. Can someone help regarding this query or if someone knows how can I contact home office to confirm this by phone or email, as there is no email address provided on home office site.

there is no restriction on voluntary unpaid work. See para 209 of the Tier 2 policy guidance:
