Unrestricted COS allocation for Tier 2 extension. Ugrent!

Hello everyone/Gurus,

My company is helping me to apply Tier 2 extension. My HR told me she just found out in the last step of assignment the CoS, she got below message on the screen:

"The assignment could not be processed due to insufficient CoS/CAS remaining in your allocation."

And she also told me that the annual allocation for U-CoS for my company is 0.

Does that mean we will have to use option "Request renewal of annual allocation"?

And does anyone know how long will it take to approve a extension allocation for U-CoS?
