So much for moving the EEA department from Croydon to Liverpool, on the pretext that it would improve their 'efficiency'. Yeah, right!megmog wrote:Hi all,
Just thought I'd let you know I just managed to get through to the 0151 672 5626 line... I was advised that applications are taking about 12 months at the moment...
To which address did you complain? Or call the Home Office on which number plz?margareta wrote:I was also told it will take this long, but I didn't take it. I complaint to the Home Office, I was calling them every week, I complaint to my MP. I received a response for my complaint from the HO on the 11th of July. And on the 20th they have granted my husband's visa and he should get it by end of this week.

Hi I called the Uk border agency on Monday and I was told that a decision was made on the 17 of July and that my documents were sent on the 20/07 . Today is thursday and I am still waiting for my passport. Do you know how long does it take to get the docuemtns back.I was also told tha my resident was granted, but they could not give a delivery reference number as two numbers were missing from their system. I hope they havent lost my docuemtns. I also made a complaint and sent two letters and emails as well.margareta wrote:I was also told it will take this long, but I didn't take it.
