Uploading Document to UKVCAS

Hi,

I recently applied Tier 2 General Dependant visa extension for my wife. I uploaded all necessary documents. To prove we live together in same address, I provided Utility Bill (Water Connection which have both of our names) and Rental Agreement. Later I identified that Water bill was dated way back (6 months old). As water supplier takes reading for every 6 months, When I requested latest statement they provided statement which was generated 5.5 months back. Now I got latest statement which is quite new.

Visa Decision is still pending (Taken standard service). When I logged into UKVCAS account, i can see that uploading option is still available for all categories.

My question is can i upload further document(s) Ex: Latest Utility Statement when we already submitted Bio Metrics and waiting for visa decision?

I got response from UKVCAS. Whatever the documents we upload after appointment won't be delivered to home office for reference. Only exception is, If there is any delay in submitting application at UKVCAS then we can upload documents by 10PM on appointment day, But not after that. If there is anything need to be uploaded that should be communicated through home office.
Fortunately, without uploading any further documents we received all dependant visas at one go. So, issue is resolved
