upper tribunal

hi

i applied first tier to get permission for upper tribunal but its been 6 week no reply from first tier.
phoned up today they said no decision been made yet. don't know whats going on.
is anyone got any experience regarding the matter, plz update me.

I am in the same situation. I got reply from 1 teir court 7th of January and I posted my application to get permission to appeal in upper tribunal 13 last Monday. I also waiting for their reply. Some people say it takes two week to get back from them some say 4 weeks.
Please share ur experience and ur knowledge

I had mine on 18th still waiting. I also called them up today and was told that its still with the judge. They can't tell me how long that is going to take. Really frustrated.

Hi Alik28 I thought your appeal was allowed?
I'm applying to get permission for UT. My question is if let's say in 20 days they tell me that permission hasn't been granted to go to UT, will I get 28 days to make a new application from that letter?
Or is it the 28 days from the decision of the FTT?
