upper tribunel waiting time...

hi every one,
my appeal was dismissed in december and i received my judgement in january. i also have been refused to get permission for upper tribunel. last month i sent my application direct to upper trabunel to take permission. it has been a month since i sent my application t the upper tribunel . could any one tell me how long i have to wait to know regarding my application decision.

I think you should give tribunal a call to know the status of the request you made, and subsequent questions. it is different with one to another's situation however operatives at Tribunal are known good and cooperative to people making inquiries.

Hi i guess they will tke up 6 weeks to respond one of my friend has gone through the same process. He was denied to ft and he applied to UP also denied. This whole process took roughly 3 n half month.
