Urgent Advice Pls:Baby born in UK to Indian parents.

Hi all,

Our baby was born in UK recently & we are Indian parents on Tier-2 expiring in 2015.
Baby has recently got Indian passport.
We are planning to go on vacation to India.
My question is when we return to UK,does the NEW BORN baby require some sort of visa to UK from India?
I was trying to search on UKBA site by could find answer to this. If anyone knows answer to this please post the web link. I am quite anxious.

You can do one of two things. Apply for a PBS dependant residence permit before the child leaves the UK, or apply for a PBS dependant visa before the child returns to the UK. Whichever suits your schedule.
