Urgent Advise, PleaseExcess Unpaid Leave,Cancellation of CoS

Post by ksadoc » Mon Mar 23, 2015 3:26 am

Hi all,

I need some advise, i am on Tier-2 CoS working in NHS, my contract was for 1 year ending in Aug 2015. Because of family issues, i had taken unpaid leaves and sick leave totaling to more than 120 days.
My employer had reported to the Home Office and they advised that i should stop work and cancel my CoS.

My question is:-
1. Will i get a written letter from Home Office about this?
2. How much time will i have to leave UK?
3. Will i be able to apply for another job in the UK, so as to get another CoS?
4. Are there any links to where i can read more about this, i did google, could not find clear guidelines.

Thank you all.

you will get a written confirmation from ukba curtailing your leave, provided they have your most up to date address.

U will get 60 days to switch visa or leave country from the date of issue of letter from ukba. this letter can be issued at any time, between few days to months. no one can predict when they will issue u this.
u can start searching new job asap and can apply before 60 days of receiving the letter.
