I have the valid visa with my currently employer till Dec 2013 but now I'm switching to Tier 2 (change of Employment) and the CoS start date is 1st July but my current employer is relieving me by 15th of June is there anyway I can modify the start date in CoS.

If I join the new employer based on the new CoS and I apply leave to remain parallely by end of this month and my old employer cancel my VISA or send any letter saying that this employee is no more with us , will it be a problem

Please help me by your advise
