i applied for leave to remain as unmarried partner of a british citizen early last year at the time i have been living together with my parner in uk for almost 3year and i dont have valid visa.We have a child from our relationship and i went to court to get parental responsibility for her second child from her previous relationship .home office then requested for my passport and questionaire to be completed,after almost 8month i have sent my passport and the questionaire to them i did not hear anything from them. Then i apply for COA to marry in the uk and after 3month i received the COA.We now married but she took some time off work due to our baby health condition and she will be going back to work later this year.pls could anyone advise me if i can apply for leave to remain base on our marriage.
