Post by niksar » Mon Mar 07, 2011 1:05 pm

hi, i have passed my acca frm kaplan this feb. result was out on 21st feb. now i wanna do a masters programme from LCA but the problem is the course starts on may. though i do have visa till june 2011, i am confused if it is legal under ukbana to take masters from lca due to the gap.
i did check the home office website for tier4 didnt find any evidence that say you cannot have such gap.
pls help as its very urgent. and will appreciate a lot

as long as the new course doesn't start more than one month after your current visa expires it is fine. As your new course starts before your visa expires you meet this requirement

However you may need to apply to extend your visa before you start studying depending on when you applied for your last visa. Also, depending on whether your new college is a highly trusted sponsor or not, you may not be able to start studying until you have got the new visa to sudying the masters.
