urgent appeal please help....

hi i had applied for my tier 4 extension visa on 25 september 2009 after 2 months i submitted my biometric finger prints and then i am refused for not having enough money in my bank account i shown £1300 in my bank acount which was the rule at that time and shown my previous hnd diploma transcript for which i had paid the fee so i though i didn't need to show the outstanding amount in my bank account thats what my university of sunderland lady said to me now i am given the right of appeal and only funds are the objection any help please what are the chances if i appeal as this is my last year of bba (hons) and my future .. thanks

U need to show:
Course fee- any fee paid
+
£1200 for ur living expenses...............u need to show that ur balance of account has the above money...

and u r sorted
