Urgent:Application for restricted COS and offer letter

Post by Prkumar10 » Tue May 22, 2012 5:45 pm

Hi, my future employer (tier A) did a RMLT and after that applied for restricted CoS for me on may 04, 2012. After that they got a request from UKBA to submit the offer letter given to me, which they sent by may 11, 2012 (morning). After that they have not heard yet from the UKBA. They mentioned to me that mine is the first time they got such request, my application points are 60. Can anybody guide me by when can I get the CoS approved???? UKBA website only mentions that next meeting date is may 11, 2012. Thanks again for guiding me..

I had a similar experience. The Home Office asked my A-rated employer to provide additional documents (don’t know what documents) after the application for RCoS was submitted. Though my employer submitted them well before the deadline, the CoS was not allocated on 11-May. But subsequently it was done on 15-May.

Did your employer follow-up with the Home Office (UKBA)?

Sorry dude. I have no idea. The Sponsorship Management System (SMS) may have the contact details - just a wild guess.
