<Urgent> Applying for skilled work visa while remaining a director in another company

Dear Sir/Madam, I set up a limited company in May being the sole owner and director. The company is expected not to trade, no bank account or HRMC registration. Under such a circumstance, is it ok for me to applying for the skilled work visa? Will the application be rejected due to my director record in company house? Appreciated.

Your company director status will not have an impact on a skilled worker visa application. You were entitled to own and operate a company under PSW ( graduate visa).

I would suggest you leave the company dormant or better still close the company with Companies House.
