URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED FOR PSW - TIER 2 APPLICATION

Hi Friends,

Seriously need your assistance with my Application for Tier 2 Visa. Let me briefly expalin my present situation.

im in Psw my visa its expires 06/03/2012 , recently 10/oct/2011 i joined ABC company, i count my duration i not get 6 months period of current employer so my company just send my infomation to one of our immigraion advisor to provide sponsership and my salary £23,000

the below statement my company Immigraion Advisior send me this mail

" I’ve looked at the job description and your proforma, but unfortunately it wouldn’t appear that the role currently meets the Tier 2 criteria. The job has to meet one of the graduate level occupation codes and the closest I’ve found is for Test Analyst which requires a minimum salary of £28,000. "

so they decided my company unable to provide Sponsership so im in tense now i dont know is any other way to extend my visa...can you please help me

if i counted my working days to complete my visa expire got only 4 months 25 days
is it any chance to extend my visa even i dont have 6 months period of current empolyer???

try to understand my problem if anything wrong i typed just ignore and forgive me but please help me....any other way to extend visa ...

psw cant be extended.Full stop

move to tier 2 general or tier 4 visa if you want to continue your stay in uk.

does your job title have relaxed requirements for in-experienced employees?

some job titles do so better check it on "code of practice"....
