URGENT -Can I apply for SAR-Subject Access Request?

Hello,

Would like to know that when the Tier 1 Enterpreneur Extension application is in process, are we allowed to apply for SAR(Subject Access Request)?

SAR has nothing to do with immigration rules. You are entitled to make a SAR under section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998 :idea:
