Urgent - Dependents' Application Form details

I have some queries related to my dependents' application

Dependent Spouse - Which portion of the VAF2 form requires her to include the accommodation details in UK?

Dependent Children - If the answer to 4.30 (is this a Private Address) is "No" then are the questions from 4.31 to 4.33 applicable?
