Urgent Doubt, Can I apply without 1 bank statement

Urgent Pls clarify

Hi I am going to apply for my HSMP extension coming Monday

I claim for total 85 points in That Earnings is for 25 Points

For earning proof I am providing

1. Wage Slips (12 months)
2. Bank Statements (11 months - last month bank statement not yet came)
3. Employer's letter stating my gross earnings over those 12 months

I may get 25 points for earning if they consider my employer's letter as wage slip as 2 evidences

I will get 20 points if they consider wage slip and bank statement as evidence as I will be missing 1 bank statement, But still I will pass with 80 points


I am in hurry I want to apply before the rule changes

Can I apply with one missing bank statement, if it is giving me less points its OK for me, as I can still pass. But they wont reject application for that no?

If you claimed 85, and the CW only calculated (God-forbid) 80, you will be awarded 80. Your application should not ideally be rejected because your claim is different from the CWs findings. If that is your only concern, you can rest assured it will not affect your application.

However, it is always best to stay consistent and apply with the bank statement. Why don't you step into your bank and request the current statement? Most banks should be happy to oblige.

I will get my all bank statements by January 31st, since that is the usual time they send previous month statement

But I am worried about chances of change of rules inbetween as Tier1 scheme is about to be introduced anytime in first quarter of 2008.

Particularly in English I have IELTS band 6 exactly, that is enough as per present rules

If new rules come into place English requirement may disqualify me as I heard that more stress been given for english requirement in new rules.

I am really scared that new rules should not be incorporated before I get bank statement and apply. I want to apply as early as possible.

Is there is any chance that new rules come into place before January 31?

Then why dont you submit a wage slip from month 1 minus 1 with the corresponding bankstatement instead of month 12

before 12 months I had a break of 2 months... so -1 bankstatement wont help me..

What will you recommend can I apply on monday without the last bankstatement or can I wait till January 31st and apply on January 31st Will the rules remains same for this month atleast?
