Urgent!! FLR(M) spouse relationship correspondence address

Hi Guys,

I am applying for my wife's FLR(m), she has joined me in 19 Feb 2015 in UK on tier 1 general dependent and her visa is valid till 13 Aug 2015, been to almost all banks couldn't open bank account for her as primary requirement for opening account(joint) is 6 months valid visa which she didn't had, living in rental accommodation which is including bills, none of the bill(except water bill) is on my or my wife's name. In the FLR(m) form is it asking for 6 proof of address in joint name.

All i have on her name is
1.water bill (joint account)
2.NI number letter(on her name)
3.voter registration letter (on her name)
4.recently registered with GP(should receive GP registration card in guess)

Just wondering how the guys living in shared accommodation do satisfy this requirement and would that ok to submit only these docs with covering letter.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The 6 months evidence shouldn't be required as you're married.

Could you please explain a bit more details why it doesn't require as in the form it is mentioned evidence is required to prove that both living on same address

Could senior member explain what that means , does it mean above mentioned docs along with marriage certificate is enough,
do it applies to only living partners not married couples

Section 13 - Documents

Six items of correspondence addressed to you and your partner at the same address as evidence that you have been living together since your last grant of leave in this category, or from the date you first started living together up to a maximum of two years. See Note 9.

If you have just switched to FLR(M) from another category, then this isn't applicable.

Just supply what you are able to. I think that they are more interested in unmarried partners being able to prove 2 years cohabitation at this stage.

The 6 items are supposed to cover a maximum period of 2 years. If you have lived together for less time, then it would be reasonable to assume that they would be satisfied with less items.
