Urgent Help - civil ceremony instead of religious ceremony

Post by Sheena1995 » Sun Apr 03, 2022 6:38 pm

Hi all,

I've reading a lot of posts and I've seen that other people have been helped out. I was wondering if someone can help me?

My husband has submitted and completed his biometrics on Monday 28th March in Pakistan but I realised that there's a mistake on the visa application.
On the application, where it asks 'What type of ceremony was your wedding or civil partnership?' I had answered as 'civil ceremony ' but I realised yesterday that I should have put religious ceremony, Islamic Nikah.
I have submitted the Urdu nikah nama and the English certificate that is registered in Pakistan (It says 'Marriage registration certificate' at the top).
Can you please advise what my husband and I should do?

Thank you
