urgent help needed about prospective earnings

Post by esal » Tue Jan 19, 2010 9:33 pm

hi ppl,

I am employed with one company for more than 1.5 yrs now.
my salary is 24k which is not sufficient for my job title as web designer.
so employer gave hike and made it 26k to follow COS.

my question-
1) I will be appying in next 2/3 days... since visa expiring on 18th feb.
employer making change in salary from 1st feb ... is this going to be alright??

2) i will be sending my last 6 pay slips .. are they (homeoffice) not going to get confused about current salary and the future salary ?

3) employer will be giving in writing on letterhead new salary .. is this sufficient for home office ??

thanks in advance

1. HO is not concerned for wat u were paid in the past or before the application.
2. There concern is as follows.

i. U job title needs to be the same for the past six months plus for the COS.
ii. U job shud get paid according to the list which is CODE OF PRACTICE.
iii. If u job does not get paid according to the list then u application will be refused.
