Hi, please if someone can help. I am a EU Citizen married to a non-EU citizen and we are residing outside the EEA.
We have applied for EEA FP for my wife, we got married in August last year. I am a divorcee (EEA National).
Have been reading a lot of different opinions on the forum regarding the supporting documents to provide. Wondering if in our case it can be judged as marriage of convenience, since I am divorced and remarried.
Just a quick response from GURUS on this forum please. We have our visa appointment tomorrow. Are these supporting documents enough, too many or too less..........please suggest.....
Cover Letter from non-EEA National
Our Passports
Original Marriage Registration Certificate
Declaration from the husband (EEA National) that I non-EEA spouse will be accompanying him to UK
Original salary slips of husband (EEA National) for past 6 months
Bank Statement of husband (EEA National) for past 6 months
Utilities Bills (Electricity/Telephone) on joint name
Bank Statement of Joint Account held with less finance
Photographs of our engagement, marriage, trips to overseas after marriage
I am very worried that if I am providing too many documents or too less or improper.
PLEASE ADVICE URGENTLY.
